Hydro Surf first opened in December 1985 in the Hydro Building on St Clair Beach Dunedin. We are now located at 410 George Street and 165 George Street. An online store was added in 2002 and this has recently been upgraded to this very friendly easy to use site.
We are Surf Specialist and our retail stores stock an extensive range of wetsuits, new and second hand surfboards, soft boards for learners, body boards, FCS fins, Gorilla grip, surfboard covers and surfing accessories. At 165 George Street we also have a large range of skateboards and accessories.
Our clothing and foot wear labels include New Zealand brands - RPM, Lower, Ilabb, ABC, Hash Key, Fourfontaine, and Chop. Our international brands: - Globe, O'neill, Quiksilver, Lee, Riders, Insight, Bauhaus, Rusty, Billabong, Lost, Elwood, Tigerlilly, Rip Curl, Vans, Osiris, Gravis, Kustom, Etnies, Vox, Gallaz and Havaianas.
Our Wetsuit labels include O’Neill, Xcel , Billabong, Rip Curl and West.
Our online store has an extensive selection of quality top selling wetsuits, surfboards, body boards, surfing accessories, skateboards and accessories, fashion sun glasses, quality sunscreens, and NZ designed clothing from RPM and Lower all at competitive prices.
