Terms of Trade
Your order will be dispatched within two days of receiving your order.
All orders are sent via Courier Post and you will need to sign a proof of delivery. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver, you will be left a contact delivery card.
You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order after 3 days of dispatched please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Hydrosurf has a '30-day no questions asked' returns policy on all non-sale item(s) sold via this website. The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase. Items returned within this period can either be exchanged or credited. An item can be exchanged for any product of the same value or used as a credit towards an item of a higher value. If an item is exchanged for an item of a lesser value a credit will be given. Credits will only be given to the same credit card or account as the items were originally charged.
Freight charges are not creditable. It is the customer's responsibility to freight the item(s) back to Hydrosurf. A credit will only be given, or replacement items sent on the safe arrival of the item(s) to Hydrosurf. The item(s) must be returned in an ' as-new' condition with all packaging, ticketing and labelling. The item(s) remain the property of the purchaser untill returned to Hydrosurf. A freight charge will apply for the shipment of any new item(s) to the customer. A quote can be given before dispatch.
