Terms of Trade Agreement
The use of the Hydro Surf website is governed by the following policies. Placement of your order indicates you have read and accepted these terms and conditions
Prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST of 15%. Products sold to customers living outside of New Zealand may incur duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and these charges are not included in your order total.
Order Acceptance Policy
Hydro Surf does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers or other customers who intend to resell the product offered by Hydro Surf.
We have an integrated online and physical store stock management system and all stock listed on our online store is available for immediate dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that our stock levels displayed online are not accurate and we are unable to supply immediately we will ring you to advise a delivery date or to organise a refund.
Credit card payments are through DPS Solutions – NZ’s leading credit card payment provide and offers the highest level of security.
Once an order has been made it can't be cancelled or altered.
Returns and Refunds
Hydro Surf is committed to risk free buying so we have a 7 day no questions asked returns policy on all non-sale items sold on our website. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition including all ticketing and labelling we will exchange or refund.
You are responsible for the freight charge to return items and we recommend you send these well packaged via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received your return it will be inspected and processed within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. We will ship an exchange to you free of charge and refunds will be issued to the same credit card as the items were originally charged to.

Refunds are not available on sale or promotional products unless the product is faulty.
We endeavour to ensure all items sent to you are in mint condition. However, if an item is received faulty it will be covered under the manufactures warranty and it will be replaced or refunded. Items considered by the manufacture to be standard wear and tear will be returned to you.
Please return all items to: Hydro Surf, 250 Forbury Rd, St Clair, Dunedin 9012 and remember to include your name, address, contact phone number and order number if possible.
